The maximum Town contribution varies between $20,000 and $40,000, depending on you income. The program is described as a deferred payment, deferred interest, shared appreciation program. Each qualified borrower will receive only the necessary amount based on a range of 30% (min) = 35% front-end ration. The income range for back-end ratios should not exceed 36%-45%.
