How much are comparable homes selling for? We will obtain information regarding individual sales and their price points relative to days on the market. This information assists us in determining the effect that price has had on the sale of comparable properties.

What is the location, condition and age? As in most markets the location will have the greatest weight , followed by condition and age. If your home has some relative advantages to the existing inventory those well maybe leveraged to create an advantage for obtaining a sale.
