November 2008 survey results indicated that 87 percent of all Buyers are using the Internet in the home purchase process. Results show the Internet is the first source of information for 32 percent of those seeking their next home purchase. Therefore every marketing plan must be centered around the effective use of the Internet. Using a syndication of websites, in advertising listings, is a component of a comprehensive marketing plan. Regularly monitoring the Internet traffic viewing the advertised listings measures the results of the campaign. While traditional marketing venues have their place utilizing them must be in proportion to their effectiveness.
