Pasadena Street Bridge is one of the most beautiful bridges in the area. It was dedicated on December 13, 1913 with over 30,000 people in attendance. Engineered by John Alexander Lowe Waddell of Kansas City, it was designed to connect Pasadena to Los Angeles.
It was the first curvilinear bridge and the tallest concrete bridge of its day. It is now listed in the National Register of Historic Places as a Civil Engineering Landmark.
