If you’re an Amador High School booster and a Raiders’ fan, here’s an exciting chance to support both at the same time! The Oakland Raiders is offering a fund-raising opportunity for Pleasanton Amador High School students and families who attend the opening day game on Sept. 14 when the Raiders take on the San Diego Chargers. A portion of your ticket will benefit the Amadorsports team of your choice. Prices range from $50-80 and include: one game ticket, a Raiders hat and one food voucher good for a hot dog, bag of chips and soda during the game.

At the same game, 150 Amador athletes can participate in the opening day festivities, unfurling the American flag before the National Anthem. This is a Monday Night Football game, which will be broadcast live on ESPN. There are still a few spots left. If interested, contact the AVHS Athletic Boosters club by Aug. 10.
