A total of 279 Pomona homes were listed for sale in the MLS on Aug. 21. Included are 200 single-family homes. There were 79 condominiums, townhomes and single-family homes in homeowner associations listed for sale in Pomona on Aug. 21; 94 homes were reported as vacant.
The MLS showed 44 foreclosed, or Real Estate Owned, homes listed in Pomona on Aug. 21; 125 others were in pre-foreclosure - listed as "in foreclosure," Notice of Default or Short Pay/Subject to Lender.
Sixteen Pomona homes were reported as sold in the MLS in the week ending Aug. 21, 2009.
