... is a great place to live and work, with some of the most beautiful canyon country, good wetlands and wildlife, Pacific Ocean coastlines and lots of blue water, fantastic views, flat and sandy beaches, and mild and pleasant climate almost all year.

We continue to have lots of distressed homes on the market here in Orange County, either REO lender owned, in foreclosures process, or short listings.

REO homes continue to sell at a fast pace here at Orange County, California.

ANAHEIM ~ During April of 2008, there were 40 REO homes sold. During April 2009, there were 85 REO homes sold.

HUNTINGTON BEACH ~ During April of 2008, there were 13 REO homes sold. During April 2009, there were 19 REO homes sold.

LAKE FOREST ~ During April of 2008, there were 25 REO homes sold. During April 2009, there were 31 REO homes sold.

SANTA ANA ~ Orange County's largest city in terms of people and housing units. During April of 2008, there were 38 REO homes sold at Santa Ana. During April of 2009, there were 165 REOs sold.

TUSTIN ~ During April 2008 there were 9 REO homes sold at Tustin. During April 2009 there were 20 REO homes sold. There are now just ten REO homes for sale at Tustin.

We see that better things are happening now for homes and real estate at Orange County, especially with positive number of REO homes being sold.
