The Home Affordability and Stability Program had always had the incentive for sellers (cash for keys type of thing). But I think that only certain qualifying banks have to offer that. I tried to get information about which banks were doing that and was having a bit of trouble. If you get any information, could you please let me know?

Did you know that NAR is not going to recognize CDPE or FSSR as a Designation??? Hum why because the RE/MAX Brokers are smart enough to get us the classes? Shame on them.
