What's the best offer for a property that is being sold by short sale? The perfect offer in today's lending environment would probably be an all cash offer with no contigencies. You can agree or disagree but if I wanted to sell more properties I would be looking for that person that wanted to make an all cash offer. The lending environment today has swung to stupid. I've been in the lending and real estate business for over 25 years and honestly I've never seen anything like this. Our company California Housing Group is making all cash offers with no contingencies. We are not asking listing agent for commission concessions either.
