Real Estate Agents like to belong to groups.
These groups like to encourage the growth of business.
They do that in part, by facilitating maximum human exposure to the listings.

If you've ever stayed home from work and wondered why all these "Open House" signs were up midweek, there's good reason.
It's called Broker's Tour.
In the Walnut Creek, Concord, Pleasant Hill, Lafayette, Orinda area it happens to fall on Tuesdays.

Broker's Tour is the one day of the week where a home is held open, usually from 10 to 1.
Caravans of agents will then go from one house to the next, following an organized list.
It's a whirlwind of activity, having 20 or more Agents descending upon a house at once.
They may spend just 5 to 10 minutes in a home, then it's off to the next one!

Now, to the public that may not seem like it's enough time.
Let me tell you, the professional agent is like a magnet.
They gather all the relevant data they need and store it away.
These are trained professionals.

But did you know that they would love for you to come in as well?
They might even have a lunch buffet laid out for you!

And perhaps the best part, you'll have the whole place to yourself!
As long as you are not there when the caravan swings by.

• You'll have the time to spend some quality uninterupted time.
• You'll be able to have a quality conversation with the Agent.
• Maybe you'll learn that this Agent is the one you want to use.

You really don't have to keep it a secret, it's not really a secret.
But they also don't make it easy to find.

Most all areas have a Broker's Tour. They might not be on Tuesdays.
