I just received my Pre-Foreclosure Specialist Certification

Two days of training and the reward is earning the Pre-Foreclosure Specialist Certification. This class helped me to better understand the Short Sale process. We also covered many of the options to foreclosure. I feel that I can help guide you, the homeowner, in the decisions that are necessary to be made. While I am not an attorney or a CPA I will be able to suggest someone for you to talk with along with the help of other members of my team.
