Today I had an agent quit the coaching program because she didn't want to work so hard to be successful. No, of course not. She's like Goldie Hawn in the movie Private Benjamin when she gets sent to boot camp and she tells the sergeant, "There must be some mistake, this is not the Army I signed up for, I signed up for the Army with the condos on the beach and the room service". Well, what real estate business did you sign up for? The one that takes commitment and hard work and pays huge rewards or the one that requires very little effort and pays minimum wage?
