Here in sunny San Diego, most of our residential structures have the exterior covered in stucco. I have had inspected a few homes that were stucco, and a couple of other homes that were stucco. Occasionally I'll see a stucco home and think, "Wow! I wish I could inspect that one." Notwithstanding the few stucco homes, almost everything here is stucco. Stucco, stucco, stucco. Sometimes it can get monotonous. Kind of like living in Santa Fe and having to put up with the monotony of adobe -- LOL. I was really excited to inspect a home in Escondido a couple of days ago that had only a small patch of stucco with everything else being wood. Well, everything else except this: What the heck is that?
