According to the newest poll Orange County the value of single-family residential homes are
expected to rise 2% by September 2010.
The strongest markets are expected to be Beaumont/Port Arthur, Texas; Boulder, CO; Amarillo, TX; San Diego, CA; and Charleston, WV.
Although huge price drops are no longer expected the report also mentioned the markets that are expected to be the weakest by September 2010. These include Reno and Las Vegas, NV; and Miami/ Ft. Lauferdale/ Miami Beach, FL.
