Can you believe Christmas is in only 2 months from now?

Attend the CAR Expo at the SJ Convention Center. Met CRES insurance guys from San Diego whom my brokerage has E&O with. Picked up 100% cashmere scarves for $10! and won a round of golf for 2 :)....

Not sure if I'll be attending NAR in San Diego, but am still working on my Hawaii Broker's license.

I've also started a consulting business as a "one-stop shop" for adults w/ aging parents that are starting to decline. I work with a team of specialists in a variety of categories, feel free to contact me if you need any help.

PS I have a marvelous listing in Almaden (south San Jose) for only $599k, 7259 Sleepy Creek Drive 95120. It's a 3/2, hardwood laminate flooring, new oak cabs in kitchen, new countertops in kitchen & bathroom. Pulled out old gazebo and building a nice arbor. Remodeled throughout, tiny lot which explains the price; but FABULOUS schools.
