2009....What I am Thankful For!

No matter how you slice it I have alot to be thankful for and I will continue to be thankful in 2010.

First of all, so many homeowners have lost their homes in 2009 and more to come in 2010. I am thankful that when I purchased my home, I had a great agent (yes. this is before I got in the business) and lender that cared about my future and didn't try to get me into a bad loan just to make a sale. With that I am thankful that I have a roof over my head and the stability of homeownership.

I am thankful for my health. The biggest health issue I had this year was a few allergy attacks and my husband didn't have any health issues whatsoever.

Furthermore, my year in Real Estate was very very good. I had my best year ever. I made the 100% capper club at Keller Williams and made the Top 20% in year to date sales in my Market Center.

I have my close circle of friends that are healthy and happy. In reflection, I have lots to be thankful for 2009. I look forward to more of the same in 2010. Happy New Year. Stay Safe and Healthy.
