Now that tax season is winding down we will start working more on helping to get our Mortgage Loan Officers their 20 hours, national mandated SAFE Act schooling. The SAFE Act requires that all State-licensed mortgage loan originators take and pass the national test component and state component for each state licensed in by December 31, 2010! You must successfully pass the test in order to be a State-licensed Mortgage Loan Originator.
