Was thinking about the eastside of Santa Cruz the other day as I drove around. We have an area called Seabright. Santa Cruz was once a smaller town with a bunch of little communites connected by trails or roads and eventually in the later 1800 by rail. The area has some great beach cottages and other neat looking homes by the water.
I particularly like these old Craftsman style homes. There are quite a wide variety of Seabright Beach Cottages. They vary in price from somewhat expensive to very expensive.
