California Wholesale Interest Rates for 30 Yr. Fixed - Pricing for June 10.

Pricing for California Wholesale Interest Rates remained fairly steady this morning so the "par" or wholesale rate is still closest to 4.375%.

This was for the 30 Yr. Fixed for a Conforming Loan for June 10.

The table below is the result of my daily Loansifter search to find the best wholesale interest rates for a typical scenario from my company approved lenders in California.

This morning, June 10, 4.375% has a price of 99.904. The price at 4.50% is 100.438.
