When referrals are part of the team.

Just the other day I decided to add some extra mulch to my planted areas in the back yard. I love the black bark that my gardener put in the yard, so I asked him to re-mulch for me. He was very ablidging and said that normally it would cost around $300 but because I was on "the team" he would cut me a deal if I paid cash for $200.

Sounds great, but knowing that he puts seasonal flowers in my front yard for free... he fixed several of the pipes for me for free, he always goes above and beyond in his services... I paid him $250. Why you ask? Because he is worth every penny and we are ALL in the same market. We have worked together for 2 years now and we are just trying to stay above it all. I surely could have taken advantage of his generosity, really I could have. I did not want to step on his integrity... so I met him halfway. It is only fair.

I treasure the team that I am on. All of them truly are exemplary in their services and their integrity. It is an absolute pleasure to work with them.
