Pricing for California Wholesale Interest Rates has remained at historically low levels this week so the "par" or wholesale rate is still closest to 4.375%.

This was for the 30 Yr. Fixed for a Conforming Loan for June 18.

The table below is the result of my daily Loansifter search to find the best wholesale interest rates for a typical scenario from my company approved lenders in California.
