California Wholesale Interest Rates for 30 Yr. Fixed - Pricing for June 23.

Pricing for California Wholesale Interest Rates has continued to improve, allowing rates to reach new historical lows this past week so the "par" or wholesale rate is now betrween 4.375% and 4.25%.

This was for the 30 Yr. Fixed for a Conforming Loan for June 23.

The table below is the result of my daily Loansifter search to find the best wholesale interest rates for a typical scenario from my company approved lenders in California.

This morning, June 23, 4.375% has a price of 100.500. The price at 4.25% is 99.500.
