Read a good article today stating that the Habitat for Hunanity is looking into partnering up with National community stabilization to purchase REO's and turn them into affordable habitat for humanity homes. If approved it will give them an opportunity to purchase these homes prior to going on the market. If you want the link just let me know and I will send it to you.
