136 NEW listings from Aug 1-Aug 17 in Marin County

  • Belvedere -2
  • Corte Madera -7 (2 already under contract, 1 already closed escrow)
  • Fairfax -2
  • Greenbrae - 3
  • Kentfield - 2 (1 already under contract)
  • Larkspur - 1
  • Mill Valley - 18 (1 already under contract, 1 already closed escrow)
  • Novato - 36
  • San Anselmo -6 (2 already under contract)
  • San Rafael - 24 (3 already under contract, 1 already closed escrow)
  • Sausalito - 5
  • Tiburon - 13 (1 already under contract)

Corte Madera homes are obviously moving quickly with 3 out of 7 homes brought on the market in the last two weeks no longer available. Novato homes aren't moving so quickly.

Buyer and sellers do need to be aware that the market has changed, but it can be very neighborhood specific.
