The following report shows sales stats for some of the resort neighborhoods in Truckee including Lahontan, Martis Valley, Old Greenwood, Gray’s Crossing and Timilick. The sales data is for this past month (October 21-November 21, 2010). The information was taken from the Tahoe Sierra MLS.

Lahontan
