Market Update for Tahoe Donner

Lots of activity with home sales in Tahoe Donner this past month! 20 homes sold during October 28-November 28, 2010. The lowest priced home sold for $250K and the most expensive home sold for $1,790,000. The average days on market was 88 days. 33 Tahoe Donner homes are currently in escrow. Inventory has come down a bit in Tahoe Donner and there are now 102 homes listed. Last month there were 141 homes on the market. The absorption rate is currently 32% and there is about 3 months supply of inventory remaining (6 months is considered a “normal” market).
