• Commission* $2.00/sq ft (paid on actual square feet leased)
• Bonuses** (Paid on leases at fair market rate and min. 3 years)
• $15,000 over 2500 sq ft
• $8,000 1001 to 2500 sq ft
• $3,000 up to 1000 sq ft

3000 sq ft x $2.00/ sq ft = $6,000* + Bonus for over 2500 sq ft = $15,000**
