New Years Resolutions and Santa Clarita Recap Ending December 2010

Home prices are on the rise, HooRay!!!! - At least for the comparison of November 2010 to December 2010 with Santa Clarita Real Estate PDF's posted here.  Is that an accurate gage?  Sure it is, but only for a month - we need a few more months to make a quarter to get a true feeling as to what is going on with the Santa Clarita Real Estate economy.

Have you made any new years Resolutions - Maybe what you need is a paradigm shift.  If you have kids, you will get this :-)

However, those without children will as well, they were kids at some point!
