Sacramento Short Sale closed with happy seller!

Another Sacramento short sale closed this week! It's very rewarding to close a Sacramento Short Sale because we are helping distressed homeowners avoid foreclosure. It feels great to successfully negotiate with the bank or bank(s). This Sacramento short sale was a Bank of America loan and was negotiated through the Equator system.

It was even more rewarding when the seller sent us the following note by email today -
