Tracy CA Schools - are they good?

I just had another inquiry on the schools in Tracy, CA. Below is my response to this inquiry, it might help others.

As the mother of 5, who is married to a teacher, I've been pleased with the schools. My husband teaches in the San Francisco Bay Area, however my children have attended Tracy Schools.

My first graduated with an Appointment to the United States Air Force Academy (Air Force's version of West Point)
Son #2 graduated with a full sports scholarship to University of Hawaii
Son $3 graduated with honors, and is now attending University of Texas
Son #4 is a senior and is expecting to graduate with honors and attend a Military Academy
Our daughter is a freshman and so far is doing great at the local high school.

Please look over the school report card and let me know if you have further questions.

You may also want to check Jefferson School District and Lammersville School District as they are elementary only school districts that feed Tracy Unified for high school.
