It was a very fun, fairly healthy lunch at the Dream Cafe today in Rancho Cucamonga.
(Dream Cafe is what I call my kitchen at home)
This was mostly compliments of Trader Joe's...The Chicken breast (breaded) and Sweet Potato Fries.
Mixed Greens with Walnut pieces and a generous dolup of goat cheese!
