The Office Manager visited the latest new construction in Simi Valley -- and remember the economy recently? There haven't been new homes built in a very long time -- Anyway, she mentioned something to me about the new homes going up on a large parcel of land. They're cooperating with brokers and the Office Manager encouraged us to walk through the homes. If we don't (and she's right) our buyers will and we'll be left without the opportunity to help.
So I stopped late last week and enjoyed talking with the Sales Associate and previewed the three floor plans.
As I mentioned in the first line of this post... there haven't been new homes in Simi Valley or any type of new construction in a while. I expect, though, that these new Simi Valley homes will be sold rather quickly. They are really nice floor plans, all two-story with expansive Great Rooms and all upgraded with granite islands, flooring and other very beautiful amenities.
By the way, I can help you with this home sale. Most buyers think they don't need a realtor for new home construction. On the contrary, however. I will be there for the walk throughs, be a second set of eyes to help see any defects, guide you through the process of the escrow, and troubleshooting for you as I do with any other purchase.
BE AWARE, though, I need to see you at the first visit of the Sales Office in order to be named as your realtor when you register. Be sure to call on my expertise BEFORE you walk in... remember, I'm here for you!
