How to Properly Use Ceiling Fans in Brrrr.....Winter or Ohhhhh....Summer

Ceiling fans make the air feel cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter? Why! Simply the breeze they create. When you turn on ceiling fans depending upon which way the blades are turning it is either moving air up or down and usage will depending upon the season. During the cool Paradise Ca winters using ceiling fans could help reduce your heating bill, which I am sure we would all like. After quite some time, we finally install ceiling fans in our Magalia home and what a difference it made this winter. It is hard to believe but the temperature didn't rise but it sure felt like it. Try installing fans we found them to be cost effective.

Two things to remember about ceiling fans,
* When you operate a fan in the counter clockwise position during hot weather only.
* Run ceiling fans on low in a clockwise direction during cold weather.

The direction the ceiling fan blade operates is the key to using your ceiling fans effectively to either increase warmth in the winter or cool it down in the heat of the summer.
