How do we get out of this Housing Mess?

If you ask any Foreclosed homeowner, they will tell you they wish they were more aware of where the market was headed.

If you ask any Banker they will say how can we get these homes back out to the buyers.

If you ask any buyer they would ask when will the market bottom out?

If you ask any Realtor they would be wondering the same as, all of the above.

Instead if sitting back and nobody having the answers we need to stand up and take action!

Making things happen is not for procratinators.

There need to be changes all the way from the consumer to the Lenders to the Realtors to the congressmen.

In my opinion, the show "Sleep on it" has potential to stimulate Buyers, even though there is much controversy over the way this show is perceived.

And this down time is great for Realtors to better sharpen thier expertise and get the most up to date education for those soon to be new questions due to all the negative effect this fall out has had on home sales.

Hopefully soon, all the Buyers do get motivated and realize they are the determinating factor in motivating the housing market.

So for all those Realtors out there that keep getting the question asked "When will the market bottom out?" you can reply, "Now is the time! if we've found that perfect home let write the offer."

To all the People who have lost thier homes, my heart goes out to you.

To those Corporate Lenders out there please step out of the Corporate box, educating the Buyers and Realtors may just be the thing to get this market re-motivated.

For those Buyers out there please don't wait to long.... There are too many homes sitting empty already.
