Access to great real estate information - Sonoma County

My hope is that I provide solid real estate information for the Sonoma County market place at least 3-4 times a week.  I will be having guests post information as well so you get information from experts in different areas that touch the real estate process - staging, inspections, building / development, title/escrow, and more.

Today's posting is to let you know locations and tools that I have available for you to access that I think will allow you the opportunity to keep a pulse on the market place.

If you are at all looking for property, there is no replacing the quality and efficiency of a Realtor.  I know that 79% of the buyers out there start their process by going online to look at property, but at the point in time they wish to start seeing homes, and are serious about committing to buying property, they should obtain a Realtor immediately.
