FHA Increased their loan limits ---> Announced TODAY!
As many of us have heard the news today, the Congress and Senate has passed the new stimulus package. This means that FHA increased its loan limits until the end of December 2008. These new loan limits will be increased from the former California FHA loan limits of $362,000 to the new maximum loan limit of $729,000. For Sonoma County it will be raised somewhere in the area of $662,500.
