Mortgage payments are back to where they were 4 years ago...
DataQuick's numbers include all sales (new and resale), houses and condos...
Buying activity for non-owner occupied housing is increasing (investors are back in the market)
February Sales slowest on record (records kept since 1988) (Could this be why buyers held their breath in February? I know it's why I told my Jumbo buyers to wait.)
