This has been a tough year for many in the country and housing has led the headlines with a constant negative stream. I admit it, I can easily become addicted to the news and when I speak with family and friends as they look at us with questions and concerns and the occasional "Things must be tough, how are you holding up" it can bring me down. So, I thought it was important to remind myself of why I love real estate.
I love the freedom it brings!
I love helping individuals, families establish roots and build a community!
I love the friends I have made!
I love the opportunity it provides those closest to me!
I love the homes I have helped to build!
Real estate is such a hot button topic today and has always been, but I do not believe it is not about the money. It is about the fact that the majority of people want a piece of The Dream and realize that starts at home! So if we are loosing that or feel it is unattainable then of course it is going to be a hot topic.
Yes, I may be on a little bit of a soap box and maybe not everyone agrees but I rarely hear I don't want a home. So let's share our little pieces of the American Dream......this is mine.......

What is your.......?
Now I feel refreshed, I think I will go out and sell a Home (not a house!)
