Ernie ~ yeah but how does that make them the industry leader??? Wouldn't it now be B/A that's the leader? And I have found that Countrywide is not really trying to help anyone.

Tried recently to do a short sale with them......they were ridiculous to work with.
Rosemary, OMG I love your Quiz! It is very satirical and so true! Thanks for making me laugh, Countrywide advertised themselves so much as the "Industry Leader" and the go to Lender etc., and look where it got them and a lot of Americans.

Linda ~ that is my next blog. They literally wasted my time and energy and for 2 months and then came back and countered (again). They lost the sale and now will have to foreclose and will definitely get less for the property. I think those people are asleep.

There was a time when I used CW almost exclusively. Now, I usually don't even go there. Too much risk for my borrower and my business partner.
Don ~ I feel the same. CW turned out to be a let down and like they say an industry leader in "let downs".
