Web Revolution Will Continue to NEW Heights

With gas prices SKY ROCKETING, Internet based businesses will see HIGHER profits than ever BEFORE! 2008 will set trends for future years!

People will spend more time shopping online VS crawling into their gas guzzlers in order to limit and reduce going to the gas pump. Most people's wallets and purses are already bleeding from the gas prices. Now there are reports that gas prices may hit $5.00 per gallon by summer. Before it was the dreaded $4.00 per gallon prediction. Now $5 BIG BUCKS! Going insane yet? We're getting there!

Are you driving as much as before? Do you have second thoughts about going some place? Are you dining less? Spending more on groceries? On and on... If like most people, the answer is YES  and OUCH!

If like most people, the internet will be used more to meet the shopping demands including for real estate.

For Realtors, a good placed website should be one of the foundations for a good real estate business. For this Realtor, clients stretch from NY to CA, and viewers visiting the website(s) from around the USA and world.

2H2008 Predictions:

• Gas prices will continue to reach volcanic eruptions.
• More lay-offs.
• Unemployment will see dramatic increases.
• Truckers going on massive highway demonstrations and to Washtington D.C.
• Continued increase in foreclosures.
• Increase in drive-offs at gas pumps.
• Increase in crime rates.
• Less SBA loans.
• More economic woes due to natural weather disasters.
• Less charitable donations.
• Attendance down at sporting events.
• Federal Reserve Chairman resigns in December?
• Etc.

So, what's the Upside since the negatives were listed above?

What goes down will go UP with TIME! So, having a Positive Attitude will carry the strong forward to better futures.
