Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 5/29/08

Homes in Tuolumne County settled again with an average price of
$317,413 to $315,986 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.*

The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same. Currently
Tuolumne County Homes* have an average market time of 133 days.

Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and
sizes, inventory jumped to 552 from last week's 536 while the median
asking price remained at $375,000 with an average time of 144 days on
the market.

of $326,250 and 159 DOM............

In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 11 Residential
properties went into contract and 6 sold with an average price of
$348,323 and 111 DOM.
