of $317,777 to $318,128 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.*
The number of days on the market (DOM) climbed a little. Currently

sizes, inventory jumped again to 580 from last week's 561 while the
median asking price remained at $369,000 with an average time of 136
