I have been in the Property Management business for about 8 years now. I love what I do and love the feeling of making my owners as well as my tenants happy. There is nothing like the feeling of telling a prospective tenant that they have been qualified for the home that they desperately want to reside at. When your clients know that you have worked hard to find them a good and qualified tenant who will take care of their investment, everyone is happy. That is what I strive for in this business.

Heather, that is sooo nice to hear! I don't think that property managers get the kudos they deserve. It's a tough job!
Yeah, I like it pretty well too. It is a good feeling to help people. Its sad, htough, when you have to tell someone they don't qualify; and I hate evictions, especially if kids are involved.
I agree, it's great to place someone in a apartment when they really want it, similar to acting as a buyer's agent in a sales transaction. But denying them and evicting them is terrible.
