FINALLY, I got an offer accepted for a client after writing the 7th one. You'd think I'm "new" from my jubilation, but I've been doing this job for 20 years now and haven't seen these conditions before. In the entry level Ventura Real Estate market ($300,000 - $550,000) there are almost always multiple offers to contend with. I think we're beginning to experience a trickle up effect. Inventory in this price range is going down as well. We just have to educate and encourage our clients to try to be patient with the process.
