50,000 sq ft of Modernism for sale in San Francisco!

When most Bay Area Modernists dream big, they typically think of a 2,000 sq ft view home with walls of glass by a famous mid-century architect such as Richard Neutra, Joseph Esherick or Claude Oakland. Other envision a modern day architectural property by some of today's most progressive architects and architectural firms such as House + House, Craig Steely, Levy Art + Architecture, and more.

This special event represents the largest sale in the history of DWR and will be held at at the 50,000sf Festival Pavillion at the Fort Mason Center. For this special event:

• DWR will be trucking in 40 containers of discounted modern furniture and accessories,
• Display, overstock, samples and scratch and dent items will be sold at 20-80% off their original price,
• Modern furnishings and accessories will be available for all areas of your modernist home,
• The sale floor will be restocked daily
