Inspired by a recent post of mine: Help! Where Should I Post Promotions in Active Rain...Anyone Know? I have seen stagers et all sharing bargains, sales, finds, web sites, and I have seen Realtors show off their beautiful listings, and I have read time and time again about who is the best this and that. What do I do when my business is international.
My business is on the web, I run discounts now and then because I know many people are on the fence and it gives them the push they need. I like your suggestion and will consider a new group. I have neglected American Bandstand which I started a few months ago so I don't think I should be the one to start another one. Are you up for the challenge Virginia? I know localism is hot so as a sister group, how about...
The Price is Right!
Any ideas?

That's an excellent idea! Hope it takes off for you, Sheron!

Do you REALLY Renae? What would you post to that group if it existed?
Yep. I think having a specific place on AR to post deals on properties (in addition to the Localism side) is ingenious. I'm not a realtor so I wouldn't post there myself but when I post my clients' listings, I'd post them there! I'd also post there when I come across a great consultant, contractor, etc.

Renae - as I am thinking this through, I can see how dated offers, sales, deals, etc., would pile up and no one could tell what was still available and what wasn't...kind of like Craig's list. Now that I wrote this comment, I can see that when a property sold or when an item goes off sale, a comment to that effect can be posted by the blogger in the comments. I will think about it. Anyone else that would like to start this group is welcome to jump in.
