You're driving home and see several Open House signs. It's 6PM, and you are wondering an Open House on Thursday evening? Yes! More twilight open houses are getting popular.
Offering a way to see homes for the buyers during the weeknights can bring exposure to the listing. It's another technique to add visibility. The twilight gives the buyers a chance to see the homes during the weekday and save their weekend hours for other events.
The twilight may not bring a big crowd like Sunday Open House, however, there are definitely buyers that feel this time frame works for them (young professionals for example).
What's the advantage?

Ellie, I always try to do a twilight open house for a new listing. It's a great marketing tool and a wonderful way to expose the home to neighbors, who, many times know friends that would like to move into the area.
Hi Irina, Thank you for the comment. The twilight is great especially if you have a "show off" home.
Hi Ellie,
This is such a great idea, something I've not thought about for years. We have an area nearby in the hills, the view are spectacular at twilight time, just as the light begin to sparkle. Thanks so much for the great reminder.
Hi Lynda - thank you for the comment. twilight open is very popular out in the Pasadena area. it really shows many of the historical and architecturally significant homes here.
We're not using these in our area, thought afternoon or twilight Brokers Opens are becoming more poular. The idea makes some sense.
Andy - I just went to a Twilight Open House for a New Condo and Loft in Pasadena. The penthouse view was awesome and the twilight open definitely showed the city lights and evening sunset at tis best.
