Open House Stratagies For Realtors

I thought that I would post some cleaver ideas that I learned of that I think that a lot of my Realtor friends will find very helpful in their open houses.

1. With gas prices so high and more people doing "staycations" this year rather than "vacations" due to the climbing gas prices, why not give out $5 gas cards to your visitors as a gesture that you are grateful for them making the drive to your open house.
2. If you are dealing with a client that has a pet friendly home, why not buy some pet treats and have them ready for your visors pets if they so desire to bring them over with them. This will give them a since of how there animals like the home. Believe it or not most animal lovers care a lot about what there animals think of things like a new home.
3. Why not try giving away small quarts of ice cream! This does a few things. It treats and thanks the buyer for coming to your open house. Second it causes them to skip over any other open houses and go straight home to put the ice cream in the freezer.
