Just a heads up to all you realtors short sales are actually closing now in this market. They are a 45 to 60 day transaction. But the good news is the banks are starting to become more realistic when dealing with them. So if you havent tapped into the REO market 2nd best thing is shortsales. LETS GET IT!!!
