Tuolumne County Real Estate Weekly Update for 10/09/08

Homes in Tuolumne County dropped ever so slightly this week to
$301,370 for a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage home.*

The number of days on the market (DOM) remained the same. Currently
Tuolumne County Homes* still have an average market time of 154 days.

Taking a look at the total picture and including homes of all shapes and
sizes, inventory fell again this week from 546 to 536. The median asking
price remained the same $349,000 with an average time of 163 days on
the market.

This week in 2006, 11 properties went into contract and 2 sold with an
average price of $808,000 and 253 DOM.

In the year 2007, 9 went into contract and 5 sold with an average price
of $359,400 and 114 DOM............

In North Tuolumne County during the past 7 days, 10 Residential
properties went into contract and 11 sold with an average price of
$301,627 and 231 DOM.
